How long after ordering can I expect my melts?

Each order is hand poured just for you. From the point of ordering to your item being posted is between 3 - 7 working days, although this may vary depending on the time of year.

What's the best way to store my wax melts?

Once you receive your melts, ensure that they are kept out of direct sunlight and away from radiators and drafts. Even when your melt is warming, we suggest that it is kept away from sources of heat as this will expel your scent quicker, and give you a shorter time to enjoy your melt. 

What tea light should I use?

We suggest using plain unscented tea lights that provide a burn time of around 4 hours. Any longer and your wax will become too warm and will lose its scent too quickly.

Which is the correct burner to use?

We stock a number of burners on the website and suggest using a tea light burner. Electric burners are also suitable but when testing our melts we found that the scent was at its best in a tea light burner. 

Are you CLP compliant?

The Classification, Labelling and Packaging (CLP) Regulation requires all our melts to be sold with the relevant labels attached.
